Dear Parent

The school uniform is the most visible identity of a school. It forms the basis of the school’s dress code. It is an accurate reflection of the ethos and culture of a school. In keeping with the request of parents and the sobriety of ‘our’ girls, who are growing up, it has been decided that the existing uniform should be replaced with the ‘Salwar Kammeez’ for girls studying in classes IX to XII. The new uniform will be optional for girls from classes VI-VIII. There will be no change for rest of the classes. The uniform will be the same for summer as well as winter. Kindly note that the above change will come into force w.e.f. 01 November 2014. However for the convenience of the parents, a transition period up to 15 March 2015 is being allowed for the same. The uniform will be compulsory from 1 April 2015. Your cooperation is solicited for timely compliance and smooth transition to the new dress code. We are certain that this switch over will be welcomed by you all.
